The Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds offers a variety of facilities available for rent throughout the year. Whether you're planning a community event, trade show, livestock exhibition, or private gathering, we have the space to meet your needs.

Block rate applies to 2–3 day rentals.
Utility & Vendor Hook-Ups
Please note that these rates are flat daily fees covering electrical access only and constitute additional charges for the renter associated with the grounds rental. Hookup use will not be individually metered or tracked; instead, the total flat fee will be calculated based on the number of units present per day and added to the final rental invoice.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Cleanup & Trash Removal
Renters are fully responsible for all cleanup and trash removal.
Security Deposit
All rentals require a $350 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable following a successful post-event inspection, provided that the grounds are completely free of trash and debris. If applicable, restrooms must also be left clean with all trash removed.
Insurance
Renters are required to provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event.
Restrooms
Restroom access is included with full fairgrounds rentals. For other facility rentals, restroom availability will be determined at the time of booking.

Submit Inquiry

Board Review
Your inquiry will be reviewed by the fairgrounds board at the next scheduled meeting.
Approval & Agreement
Upon approval, you will receive a rental agreement to review and sign.
Deposit & Confirmation
Submit your $350 security deposit to confirm your reservation.
